Kim Kardashian: My Long-Lost Twin?

It seems that Kim Kardashian and I have a lot more in common than I thought. No, I’m not referring to our large behinds, fake [fierce] hair, or perfectly bronzed skin. No, I’m also not referring to our cell phone obsession, fame crave, or ethnic ambiguity. I’m talking about her lovers! No, we haven’t dated the same guys, but I mean c’mon…Reggie Bush? Okay, here we go…

Oh…my…JESUS! This is EXACTLY what I mean. See that moment? That’s what I’m talking about. A little déjà vu.

This just looks like something I’d do.

Reggie Bush, why are you so attractive? Why?!!

Déjà vu aside, her taste in men (more specifically, THIS man) is impeccable. Kim and Reggie have split up, which is fine by me. I know Reggie’s received a lot of heat over something related to USC and football…I don’t really know (care), all I know is that he’s a major-league hottie.

So there you have it. Kim Kardashian: long-lost twin? Perhaps.

Zac Efron: Charlie St Cloud [Nine]

Holy mother of God. Okay, I know a lot of people have their special reservations about Zac Efron and his naturally-air-swept brown locks and heaven-sent eyelashes, but I’m going to state the obvious here: Zac Efron’s a freakin’ hottie. He’s hot!

Who’s feeling the Elvis look? I kind of wish I were the one feeling his Elvis…look.

No, I never watched High School Musical, or 17 Again, but after seeing some of these pictures, I may feel compelled to gaze into his dreamy eyes…by watching Charlie St. Cloud. It looks like “A Walk to Remember” meets like any of the coming of age stories out there. I know it’ll be an emotional tear jerker (and hopefully not some other sort of jerker).

Zac Efron. Yum.

Fun in the Sun

So before watching Inception with my brothers the other day, we decided to go into a photo booth. It was so much fun! I’m glad I’ve been going out as much as I have. I’m trying to really enjoy summertime and just have a good time.

My brother David (in the white shirt) is 18 and my brother Angel (in the beanie) is 14. I have another little 11-year-old brother named Gregory. We all get along and they remind me about the importance of family. Growing up, I had to help raise my little brothers so I’ve really grown to understand just how difficult parenting is. Considering I decide to adopt children later on in life, I hope to be a good father. I feel like I have the makings of a really great dad. I know I’ll love my kids. I love my dad, but my mom has truly shown me what it means to be a good parent; she’s always been my hero.

Yay for family! Loveit.

Yesterday I finally got a chance to watch Inception. I have been wanting to watch this movie for a while. I was fascinated by the previews of the movie in the trailers and, actually, right after watching the first trailer my immediate thought was, “Damn, why wasn’t I cast in this movie?!” lol It just looks so cool! Visually stunning and such an intriguing idea.

I thought Leonardo DiCaprio did a great job as the leading man. I believed him. I was very pleased with the casting. To my surprise, Ellen Page wasn’t awkward or goofy or quirky at all. I thought her performance showed versatility and I think that’ll work in her favor. Plus, she’s super-cute! (Am I right, lesbians?) Yeah, for some reason the lesbians LOVE Ellen Page.

I thought the idea of dream layers were very cool and I found the action scenes to be quite suspenseful. I felt the acting was great and the directing was also great. There was a certain elegance to the photography. I just thought it was beautiful in all it’s weirdness. After hearing feedback from a few people, I was concerned I might feel confused after watching the movie, but it wasn’t very confusing at all. Everything made sense and I liked the ending. I felt like the director was flirting with me. lol

If you haven’t seen it already, you should check it out. One of the best movies I’ve watched this year.

[Here are a few other movie posters for the film that I found cool]

Hi kids.

You can also subscribe to be notified when I post new entries so you can come back and check me out. 😉

Anywho…hope you didn’t miss me too much! 😛 (I know I missed you terribly!)

Official YouTube Launch!

I’ve always wanted to do YouTube videos so I decided I was going to launch a channel and post videos. I’ve officially launched my first video “ADN: Preview” and I’m so excited!! Check out my YouTube Channel.

It’s a preview of what my videos will kind of be like and also just an introduction of what I’m kind of like and what I’m about.

I’m new to YouTube so I’m still getting used to subscriptions, friends, comments, rating, etc. So help me out!

Hope you guys like it! ❤

*UPDATE* Okay, so it seems that YouTube is giving me some trouble, but I still felt like sharing the vid, so here’s your exclusive sneak peek! Check out the [original version] video here.

Kellan LUST.

For no reason whatsoever, I decided to share with you a very sexy shoot that Kellan Lutz did for Men’s Health.

Oh, Kellan. Why are you so very attractive?

Oh no he didn’t. Those jeans are dangerously low…and I LOVE IT! Robert who?

I seriously feel like I’m in gay heaven looking at these pictures. lol Kellan Lutz is one HOT vampire. I wonder what Kellan will do after the Twlight Saga films. I want to see him become a big star so that we may see more of him! Perhaps there’s a way to set up a meet-and-greet. I’m sure it’ll be a HUGE deal for Kellan. So cute.

This also reminds me of starting a workout program. My brother Angel wants to start Beach Body’s Insanity Workout Program. We’re thinking of starting Monday. I love how when I think of working out I immediately think about what I’ll be wearing. LOL I think working out clothes are important. You should feel comfortable but cute, right? Hmm…I’ve been in great shape before and I’ve been talking about working out for a while now. My modern dance class is my only source of exercise right now and I KNOW Insanity will really kick things into gear. (Plus Insanity trainer Shaun T is such a cutie and way hot!)

Anyway, Kellan Lutz: Yum.

True Blood: Truly Addicting?

So I’ve always heard a lot of positive things about HBO’s hit show True Blood, but I’ve never watched it. That is, until tonight. Oh yes, I’ve popped my True Blood cherry, and let me tell you, I have a good feeling about this. 😉

With the whole vampire craze, True Blood gained a lot of popularity (even Snoop Dog referenced the show in one of his…charming raps). So I only watched the pilot, but I liked it. The show is set in Louisiana, which is a whole different world on it’s own. I felt a love/hate feeling towards the two in-your-face black characters. Tara Thomton, played by Rutina Wesley, is a very angry black woman. She has a whole lot of attitude and she’ll cut a bitch. So you know I love her, although when it comes to strong personalities it can really go either way. And then there’s Lafayette Reynolds, played by Nelsan Ellis. Lafayette is a very sassy black gay man who tells it like it is and is completely unfiltered. Love my black people.

Sookie Stackhouse, played by Anna Paquin, is a cute but strong southern girl. She lives in a world where vampires exist and came out publicly as members of society, but much like…say…the GAYS, they aren’t exactly embraced by society, so there are social movements to try and bring equality to all members of societies including these blood-sucking cold beings (and I’m not talking about the gays). I’m totally kidding, by the way. I absolutely LOVE gay people! Gays and lesbians (and transgender, gender queer, etc) are my peeps. We have been through so much and we have so much ahead of us. Instead of attacking each other and trying to put each other down we should come together and accept and embrace who we are, love one another and change the world.

So back to Sookie, I like her but her litle Madonna gap between her front teeth drives me crazy! Super cute, though. She becomes interested in Bill Compton, played by Stephen Moyer, who is the new vampire to move in to the little town Sookie lives in. His reserved and mysterious nature lures bright-eyed and bushy tailed Sookie in. (Sookie, not orange, dumb-as-a-box-of-rocks, Jersey Shore guida Snookie, who is a tragedy all on her own, face-punching aside.)

So I like the show, but I’m not sure about all the sass in this sweaty southern small town. I can’t exactly relate, but it makes for an interesting story and I want to continue watching. We’ll see just how addicting True Blood is. 🙂

So I’ve seen the preview for Angelina Jolie’s upcoming film Salt for a while now and I’m so excited! I think Angelina is a great actress and like I’ve mentioned before I’m just a fan of strong female leads, especially when they’re kicking ass!

If it were a man, say…Tom Cruise playing the role, I’d probably still find it cool, but it wouldn’t stand out as a movie I’d be very interesting in watching. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the Mission Impossible, James Bond, and Bourne movies, but there’s something so cool about a strong woman in power handing over someone’s ass to them. So yay for Salt!

Plus, I know that cutie Liev Schreiber is in it, too. He’s so handsome. Okay…let’s watch this.

Iron Man 2

A few nights ago I finally got a chance to watch Iron Man 2. I went to the theater with my littlest brother Gregory. Okay, here’s the thing: I’m a closeted nerd/geek. Although I may seem a bit icy on the outside, complete with a shiny plastic exterior, I really like superhero movies among other nerdy/geeky things. I grew up watching superhero cartoons and as a little kid I would always pretend I was different heroes with different powers/abilities; I’ve just always been fascinated with the superhuman stories. I guess I’m kind of a kid at heart. But don’t tell anyone! It would ruin my image! 😛

Overall, I thought the movie was very cool! Very entertaining and I liked the storyline. Thought the drones were cool. I didn’t know much about Iron Man. Although I watched the first movie, I didn’t really know the history behind Tony Stark. I’ve never really read comic books or anything like that. [There’s one series that I’ve read, but it’s amazing, I’ll post a separate entry about it. It’s called The Runaways, and no it doesn’t include a rocker Dakota Fanning or an ever-blinking awkward lesbian-haired Kristen Stewart.]

I thought the special effects were really cool. Iron Man’s abilities (and upgrades) were just so cool! I honestly really don’t find Robert Downey Jr. very attractive, apparently I’m the only one who feels that way. However, I do love Tony Stark’s character: narcissistic, impulsive, almost whimsical and with a HUGE ego. I just love it! haha

I especially liked Scarlett Johansson’s character: Natalie Rushman/Natasha Romanoff. Not only is she gorgeous, but she’s super intelligent (she speaks how many languages? including Latin? lol) but she also kicks ass! I think I just like movies and TV shows with a strong female lead. Hmm…either way, overall really enjoyed the movie and if you haven’t seen it, it’s worth the blu-ray (or DVD) rental.
